Given to any experienced soldier who advances to the officer rankings.
(Must become a 2nd Lieutenant)

War Hero Ribbon

Given to any soldier who shows heroism in a combat situation.
(Must be recommended)

Defender Ribbon

Given to any soldier who shows courage in defending a command post, base, or flag for the good of his team.
(Must be recommended)

Specialist Ribbon

Given to any soldier who performs their specific duty far beyond the expected.
(Must be recommended by your squad)

Leader Ribbon

Given to any officer or NCO who has shown excellent command skill in a combat situation.
(Must be recommended)

Infiltrator Ribbon

Given to any soldier who has infiltrated behind enemy lines in a combat situation and survived.
(Must be recommended)

Survivor Ribbon

Given to any soldier who has lost their fellow soldiers, but persevered and accomplished his mission.
(Must have won and accomplished a match by yourself when your entire team is down)

Assassin Ribbon

Given to any soldier who silently kills five enemies in combat.
(Must get 5 mercy kills in one operation)

Death's Ally Ribbon

Given to any soldier who silently kills twelve enemies in combat.
(Must get 10 mercy kills in one operation)

Warfighter Ribbon

Given to any soldier who has shown superior combat skill in battle.
(10 or more kills in one operation)

War's Enemy Ribbon

Commitment Ribbon

Given to any soldier who has shown dedication to Sigma Company over much time.
(Must have attended 10 operations)

Great Service Ribbon

Given to any soldier who has shown great dedication to Sigma Company over very much time.
(Must have attended 25 operations

Referee Ribbon

Given to any soldier who referees three matches in one operation.
(Must have refereed 3 matches in one operation)

Legendary Ribbon

Given to any one soldier who has shown such superiority and heroism in one battle that would be enough to receive many awards in Sigma Company.
(Must be recommended by many, including the commanding officer)
